Marianne is a Christian, wife and mum of two school age children. She has a business degree, a 15 year corporate management career plus 10 years experience as a successful maternity and executive coach. Having gained her Coach-Mentoring qualification with The OCM in 2012 she founded OptiMums and wrote the maternity self help book entitled "Part-Time, Please!" Marianne is also the writer / presenter of the popular Mums Chat video collection for Right Now Media which streams into 85 countries and reaches up to 4 million subscribers. Is Mums Chat only suitable for Christian believers?
Yes and No. Mums Chat was created primarily to provide non denominational Christian support to Christian parents. Feedback since launch however has shown Mums Chat has a wider appeal. The biblical content, delivered in a gentle, practical, real life humorous and always compassionate manner has proven helpful for any mum, any dad, anyone, anywhere. Mums Chat is bible based but not bible bashing.
As a result this ever-growing collection is now available for you to access here whether you are an active church goer, a quiet “I was brought up that way” believer or an “I’m not quite sure what I believe” -er.
How does membership work?
Membership allows you to access your chosen Mums Chat series for 24 months from date of purchase.
Is Mums Chat just for Mums?
No. Mums Chat is for mums, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles and anyone with childcare responsibilities such as childminders and baby sitters. The list goes on.
There are some Mums Chat series within the collection that relate to particularly difficult motherhood challenges, such as miscarriage and infertility. While these series might appeal mainly to prospective mums they will also be helpful for friends and family who want to personally understand these topics better in order to support someone going through this challenge.
Equally, church leaders such as women's group leaders are also welcome to access Mums Chat in order to help re connect with the challenges of early motherhood.
